You and your company did a professional job, from start to finish.  From the original quotation, your clear and concise explanation of it, and all the helpful hints your company has printed up, we got off to a good start....You worked Saturdays and Sundays to get portions of the job installed to accommodate other subcontractors who could not begin to hold a schedule.  You had two men working on Christmas Eve to get the heat turned on so we could spend the Christmas season in our home.  You were always willing to swing by our house to check on the installation of the radiant heat system and help other subcontractors to do their work where it interfaced with your system....One time, I consulted with you while you were at the airport on a Friday night with your cell phone trying to get out of town for a well-earned vacation...You always met your commitments and did what you said you would do.  This is a valuable trait and one which other subcontractors should have.

The next time we build a home, you will be the first subcontractor hired, and there will be no need for competitive bidding on your portion of the work.
